Boulder Ledge Garden Club

Founded in 1966, the Boulder Ledge Garden Club is rooted in a mission to inspire a deeper appreciation and love for gardening and flower arranging. The club is dedicated to fostering and promoting interest and knowledge in gardening. Based in Bronxville, New York, the club brings together a dedicated group of members who share a passion for horticulture and floral design.

With a membership of forty active members and six sustainers, the club gathers approximately ten times each year for engaging meetings featuring expert speakers on a wide range of gardening-related topics. Through these events, Boulder Ledge fosters learning, creativity, and community among its members while continuing to promote the beauty and benefits of gardening.

They also participate in the annual Memorial Day parade and deliver Christmas wreaths to area veterans.

Notable Activities: Maintains Bronxville’s Bicentennial Park and other civic gardens. In 2019–2020 the club raised $18,000 to replace trees in the village, reflecting its active role in community beautification. It also holds garden therapy projects and educational garden trips for members.
