Welcome to the Hub! Your Quick Start Guide to Managing Your Club's Web Page

You have been granted special “Club Editor” access. This means you have your own private media folder for photos and exclusive editing rights to your club’s page. Don’t worry about breaking the main website—your access is safely restricted to your own club’s content!

Accessing Your Page

How to Login

Option 1: The Direct Link. Simply go to https://district9fgcnys.com/member-login/ in your web browser. (Tip: Bookmark this page on your computer for easy access next time!)

Option 2: The Website Menu. Visit our main District 9 website and look at the very top menu bar. Click on the “Member Login” icon.

Member Hub Page

When you first log in, you will be taken to our central Member Hub, where you can access your club page.

  • Access Your Profile: On the Hub page, click the “My Profile” button.
  • Update Details: Here, you can change your name and email address and set a new password.

  • Profile Photo: There is an option to add/update a profile picture (optional).

Navigating to Your Club Page

There are three ways to find your page. You don’t need to hunt through a confusing dashboard!

Method One: From the Member Hub Page, Click on your club name and it will bring you to that page link.

Method Two: Click on the menu button that says club (this is the public view of clubs)

Method Three: Look at the very top right corner of your screen at the black bar.

  • Hover over your name (where it says “Howdy, [Your Name]”).
  • In the dropdown menu, click the special link that says “🌱 Edit My Club Page”.
  • This will instantly teleport you to your specific page, ready for updates.
